What is Fit For You at BCC?

Fit For You is a healthy dose of high-energy, full-body exercise! It will help you stay fit and strong, and ensure you’re doing enough physical activity. Fit For You is a fantastic class to do if you’d like to add exercise into your regular routine and is a great alternate to a gym membership.

What to expect

Fit For You is a small group exercise class. Lead by passionate fitness instructor, Robin the class is a mix of high and low intensity. You’ll raise your heart rate and build your strength, and feel comfortable in a friendly class environment. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome.

What will you do in class? 

In class you’ll do a variety of exercises to increase your strength, improve posture and enhance your cardio capacity with an all-body workout. Each session will vary but may include:

– Circuit training using body weight and/or simple equipment such as hand weights
– Resistance bands, medicine balls, bosu balls and stability balls
– 5 min warm up, 35 min workout and 5 min cool down with stretching

Depending on the time of the year, some sessions will be held outside.

Who is this class for? 

Fit For You is for anyone who wants to get up early in the morning and get fit!

This class is about meeting your needs. All fitness levels can be accommodated by adjusting the number of repetitions of an exercise and/or period of rest in between. Our experienced instructor, Robin will guide and support you through the class and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
