NEW CLASS – Tai Chi / Qi Gong for Beginners

Start with the basics and learn step-by-step in this new class for beginners. Tai Chi / Qi Gong is a low-impact form of movement that will clear the mind and lift your spirit.

This class is suitable to people of all ages and ability. It involves slow, meditative movement and easy-to-follow exercises. Your tutor, Catriona has lots of experience teaching new students. She leads the class with clear explanations and step-by-step demonstrations.

With a small class size, you’ll feel comfortable and confident as part of this group. Tai Chi / Qi Gong at BCC will help you to stay healthy and active!
