Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates and functional movement. It focuses on posture, balance, core, and overall body strength to help you move more confidently and comfortably in everyday life. 

With small, controlled movements designed to sculpt and tone (yes, you’ll feel the burn!), this class is gentle on joints and perfect for all fitness levels—no dance experience needed.

Expect breathwork, stretches, and mindfulness weaved into the class for a feel-good finish, all in a supportive, high-energy environment. Bring your mat, your water bottle, and your best vibes—we’ll take care of the rest!

 

*Please note – this class will use chairs in lieu of a barre during 2025
