A low-impact, full-body workout blending Pilates, functional strength training, and a touch of ballet-inspired movement for posture and grace.

This class focuses on posture, balance, core, and overall body strength to help you move more confidently and comfortably in everyday life.

There is a touch of floorwork— including mat Pilates, and yoga moves, stretches, and breathwork to warm up and cool down— but don’t worry if you’re not up for that – our instructor Melissa can modify the exercises and you can use a chair to help.

Using the barre for standing workouts helps strengthen your glutes, legs, ankles, and even down to your toes, giving barre its unique edge over yoga and Pilates.

With small, controlled movements designed to sculpt and tone (yes, you’ll feel the burn!), the class stays gentle on joints and is perfect for all fitness levels.

Expect mindful breathwork, stretches, and a supportive, high-energy atmosphere that leaves you feeling strong and balanced. Bring your mat, your water bottle, and your best vibes—we’ll take care of the rest!
