What is Watercolour Painting?

Watercolour is the process of painting with pigments that are mixed with water. It’s well-known for soft hues and bleeding shades, while it’s fluid nature lends well to dream-like scenes and landscapes. With time and practice, an artist will come to understand the watercolour palette. They’ll know how to balance control and freedom in their work, using specific techniques for mesmerising effect.
