Balwyn Community Centre is joining the Garage Sale Trail to help our community declutter, recycle, and rehome pre-loved treasures! Come browse our stalls for pre-loved treasures, household items, books, and more—all at bargain prices. You never know what gems you’ll find!

Join Our Community Garage Sale as a Stallholder!
Is it time for a clean out? Love the idea of a garage sale but don’t want people coming to your house? We have the perfect solution — host a stall at the Balwyn Community Centre Garage Sale this November!
We’ll provide you with a table and bring the customers to you — all you need to do is bring along your pre-loved treasures. It’s a great way to clear out your cupboards, make a bit of extra cash, and enjoy a fun day out. Plus, it’s the perfect chance to meet local shoppers and be part of a lively community event.
How to join in the Balwyn Community Centre Garage Sale
- Read our Guidelines and sign the declaration.
- Become a Balwyn Community Centre member- you can join here (it’s only $16 for an annual membership)
- Register for a stall via the Garage Sale Trail website, we will send you a confirmation email when you stallholder request has been approved
- Start clearing out your cupboards, garage and spare room! Check out the tips from the Garage Sale Trail to help you get started
- Help us promote the sale – you can use the social media tiles (don’t forget to tag @balwyn.cc on IG or @BalwynCommunityCentre on Facebook), put up some posters in your local area (including local businesses and community noticeboards) or drop some flyers in letterboxes around your neighbourhood.
