We are excited to announce that our class booking and re-enrolment process will now be managed through a new platform called Social Planet. This change will make enrolling in classes easier, faster, and more convenient for all our students.
Benefits of the new system:

- Easy access to class information
How to re-enrol or book your class
- Visit our website balwyncc.org.au/shop as usual and select your desired class.
- Tap “More Information”.
- You will be taken to the class page on the Social Planet website.
- Click “Book Now”, then enter your details and payment information and click “Submit booking request“. It’s that easy!
- Please note: the credit card charge will appear as Social Planet Mornington on your credit card statement.
Important Dates
- Priority bookings for current students in these classes (see below) will open on Monday 16th March at 9.00am. Bookings for these classes will open to the general public on Monday 30 March at 9.00am.
- All other Term 2 classes are now open for re-enrolments and bookings.
Our office staff are available to assist you if you need help with the process but please be be aware wait times at the office may be longer than usual as we adapt to these new processes.

Priority Bookings
Priority Bookings apply to classes which are full as of the end of Term 1. These classes open for bookings for existing class members two weeks before opening to the general public. In Term 2, 2026 they include:
