Join us for a friendly and practical nutrition workshop designed for older adults, presented by Dr Mitra Zarrati, Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 15 years of experience in nutrition and community health. Learn simple, everyday food tips to support healthy ageing, energy, digestion, and overall well being. This interactive session uses clear language and real-life examples to help you make small, positive changes you can use straight away.
Participants will learn:
