This session will include:
Gentle Pilates Flow
Focus on slow, mindful movements for posture, breath, and nervous system down-regulation.
Somatic Release Techniques
Teach two powerful trauma-release techniques (e.g. full body throw down, side swings) that signal safety to the nervous system.
Guided Breathwork & Meditation
A practice that blends breath with body awareness, leaving participants centred and calm.
Takeaway Reflection
Practical tips to integrate mini-resets into daily routines.
This Workshop includes a brochure of the somatic release techniques that participants can bring home to keep practicing as well as teach their loved ones.
