Learn how to bring mindfulness into your everyday life in this 7-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program based on the original secular course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This course is taught by qualified psychologist and UK trained mindfulness teacher, Helen Ansell. It is open to adults of all ages and levels of experience. Your teacher, Helen Ansell is a trained Mindfulness facilitator, a psychologist and qualified teacher. In this course, Helen guides her students through foundation theory and a series of exercises. Stress reduction is the goal while utilising a mindful approach.
