Experience enhanced wellbeing, performance and relationships to help you avoid stress and burnout. Do it with mindfulness! Learn how to bring mindfulness into your everyday life in this 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program based on the original secular course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This course is taught by qualified psychologist and UK trained mindfulness teacher, Helen Ansell. It is open to adults of all ages and levels of experience.

Your teacher, Helen Ansell is a trained Mindfulness facilitator, a psychologist and qualified teacher. In this course, Helen guides her students through foundation theory and a series of exercises. Stress reduction is the goal while utilising a mindful approach. It is important that you arrive with an open mind and willingness to learn. At times, stress relief is not easy. But with focused work and practice at home, you will feel the benefits.
