Let Go; Lean In – A Duo Yoga Workshop
Did you know that another word for duo is yoke? And did you know that one translation for the word ‘yoga’ is yoke?
Join this workshop and your duo will discover fun and joyful ways to experience familiar poses. By changing and mixing up our ideas, our practice, our lives we can discover new depths and understanding.

This workshop is for all levels of experience. All props will be provided however if you have a mat, blanket or cushion that you would like to practice with, please bring it with you, Carolyn would like you to feel at home.
What to expect from this workshop:
- Over 3 hours you will learn more about the benefits of yoga and the best ways for you to continue your practice at home.
- The workshop is a fantastic option if you are time poor and cannot commit to a weekly class, or if you have been doing yoga for some time and are looking to expand your practice.
- A little self care and incorporating things like yoga and meditation into your regular routine, will help you to stay positive, well and energised.
- This workshop is taught by our passionate and experienced yoga teacher, Carolyn.
Yoga benefits the mind and body and has a wonderful ability to relieve stress. Carolyn has many years experience teaching yoga to people of all and ages and abilities. Her students love her gentle approach and personable nature and appreciate the extra effort she affords each student to ensure they get the most from their practice.
You’re welcome to come to this yoga workshop on your own or to bring a friend. If you’re on your own, there is sure to be like-minded others that you can meet and connect with. Enrol early to secure your spot.
