Take My Hand Partner Yoga Workshop

It's time to reach out and take each other's hands. There are so many benefits to partner yoga. With your partner’s help, you’ll be able to try new poses and find deeper expressions in familiar poses, expanding your yoga practice. Physically we are exploring what happens when we add resistance, your muscles can relax and stretch while your partner’s resistance helps your limbs settle into the pose. Mentally and emotionally it can uplift you both. Come with a friend, partner or loved one. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Following the Victorian Government Regulations all participants must be fully vaccinated.

This workshop is for all levels of experience and is designed for couples, or pairs. Come with a loved one or friend who you wish to learn with. All props will be provided however if you have a mat, blanket or cushion that you would like to practice with, please bring it with you, Carolyn would like you to feel at home.

What to expect from this workshop:

  • Over 3 hours you will learn more about the benefits of yoga and the best ways for you to continue your practice at home.
  • The workshop is a fantastic option if you are time poor and cannot commit to a weekly class, or if you have been doing yoga for some time and are looking to expand your practice.
  • A little self care and incorporating things like yoga and meditation into your regular routine, will help you to stay positive, well and energised.
  • This workshop is taught by our passionate and experienced yoga teacher, Carolyn.

Yoga benefits the mind and body and has a wonderful ability to relieve stress. Carolyn has many years experience teaching yoga to people of all and ages and abilities. Her students love her gentle approach and personable nature and appreciate the extra effort she affords each student to ensure they get the most from their practice.

Life Drawing With Mark Whitaker starting Term 4

Learn the basic skills to draw the human body with confidence. This course will teach you how to draw the male or female figure. Starting with simple circles and lines you will learn scale and proportion. The course will then progress, as you develop your drawing skills, to simple postures and the use of texture, light, and shade. Run over 6 weeks in Term 4. There will be a real life model for 4/6 classes. Limited to 10 people.

Term 4
Tuesday 10am-12pm and Wednesday 7.30pm-9pm
