Personal Training Program (N/A)
Learn how to use the outdoor gym equipment at Balwyn Community Centre with a qualified personal trainer. Participants will receive a full-body program to help them get stronger and fitter long-term.
It is recommended to attend both sessions. You may only attend the second session if you have attended the first session. The first session is an exercise overview and introduction to the equipment. In the second session, participants will receive a personalised exercise program. The program is a great option if you live nearby to BCC and would like to use the outdoor exercise equipment effectively and regularly.
